Hosted by youth-led nonprofit Youngwilders and the South Downs National Park Authority, start the new year with a walk and talk around Seven Sisters Country Park! Led by young nature experts, we’ll explore the local landscape and discuss what we think the National Park should focus on for the next five years.
Expect free lunch, snacks and the cost of your transport to get to and from the meeting point covered.
This day is for 18-30 year olds who live in or close to the National Park, and will be taking place on Saturday 18th January, starting at the Seven Sisters Visitor Centre. See more info below.
What to expect
The day will be a chance to get outside and enjoy the South Downs with other young people. It will also be a time for curious learning and conversations about the South Downs National Park so young people can input into its Management Plan for the next five years.
We will meet at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park Visitor Centre and walk a circular route around the park.
The day will finish with drinks and snacks at the Visitor Centre.
Exact walking route to be released shortly.
