Walking with Cameras at RSPB Bowling Green Marsh

Join likeminded individuals on Friday 7th March for a photo-walk around of the wonderful RSPB Bowling Green Marsh :camera_flash: :hiking_boot: :paw_prints:

This photowalk will provide participants with an opportunity to photography the abundance of birdlife that overwinters at the marsh and take in the views of the Exe Estuary and Topsham’s ‘Goat Walk’.

Furthermore, there is viewing from the large public hide and from the elevated viewing platform, which are ideal spots for watching birds up close.

The Bowling Green Marsh Photo-walk will take place on Friday 7th March and it will begin at 9:30am with limited minibus transport from Exeter, which will leave at 9:00am from South Street, Exeter (stop outside the Newham convenience store).

Once at the venue, you have a choice of either entering the hide and viewing the overwintering birdlife or you can roam free around the reserve and head to the viewing platform or walk along the Goat Walk and take in views of the estuary.

Unfortunately, we cannot have the room next to the hide for refreshments, so we advise people to bring their own snacks.
